Ingredients
- 1 Ripe avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 Tbsp Einstein Bros Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 Einstein Bros Everything Bagel (or Plain Bagel)
Directions
- Mash the avocado with a fork in a shallow bowl until chunky. Season with Einstein Bros Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Toast the bagel until browned and crisp.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly among both halves
- Top with extra Einstein Bros Everything Bagel Seasoning
