Everything Crust Chicken Artichoke Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb Pizza Dough (make from scratch or use favorite store brand pre-made)
- 3 oz Onion chive or garlic herb cream cheese
- 1 ½ Cup Shredded Pizza cheese blend or mozzarella
- ½ cup Fresh chopped spinach
- ¼ cup Roasted red pepper strips
- ½ cup Artichoke hearts cut in half
- ½ cup Diced grilled chicken
- 4 T (approx.) Everything Seasoning
- ¼ cup Cornmeal
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Preheat Pizza stone for at least 15 minutes
- Sprinkle cornmeal on top of a pizza peel or on working surface
- Stretch or roll pizza dough out to 12—13” in diameter
- Place dough onto cornmeal surface
- Dredge everything seasoning lightly onto crust and press into crust
- ****Leave a 1” border around outside.
- Spread cream cheese very thin over pizza crust
- Spread pizza cheese evenly over crust
- Sprinkle shred spinach
- Spread roasted red pepper
- Spread artichoke hearts
- Spread diced chicken over top
- With a water bottle or brush dampened the outside 1” rim with water
- Dredge outside rim generously with everything seasoning until entire pizza crust is covered
- Remove pizza stone from oven and peel onto the hot stone
- Place back into oven and bake at 375 for 13-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and baked completely underneath
