Directions
Girl Scout Thin Mints™ Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 3 tablespoons Girl Scouts Thin Mints™ Seasoning Blend
Girl Scout Thin Mints™ whipped cream:
- Add heavy cream and Girl Scout Thin Mints™ Seasoning Blend to a large bowl and beat with electric mixture just until stiff peaks form. Do not overbeat.
Pancakes:
- Combine flour, Girl Scout Thin Mints™ Seasoning Blend, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
- Combine milk, egg and melted butter. Stir into flour mixture until just combined.
- Grease or spray nonstick skillet or griddle. Preheat over medium heat. Pour batter by ¼ cupfuls into hot skillet.
- Cook 3 minutes or until edges are dry. Turn pancakes and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Top pancakes with Thin Mints whipped cream and mini chocolate chips and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
