  • A zesty, low-sodium treat that is the perfect complement to your favorite Old London® Melba Snacks. Add a cucumber slice on top and serve!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 box Roasted Garlic Melba Snacks
  • 1 cucumber

Directions

  1. Put chickpeas, lemon juice, dill, garlic, cumin and turmeric in a blender. Blend briefly until creamy.
  2. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator. Serve with Old London Melba Snacks and thinly sliced cucumbers.
