Fireball™️ Tuna Bowls Recipe

Ingredients

12 ounces fresh tuna (loin or steak)
1 tablespoon Fireball™️ Whiskey Flavored Weber Seasoning
2 tablespoons Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Hot Sauce, plus additional for serving
1 tablespoon avocado oil
2 cups cooked rice
Sliced mango, avocado, cucumbers and green onion for serving

Directions

Coat both sides of tuna with Fireball™️ Whiskey Flavored Weber Seasoning, then sprinkle with Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Hot Sauce. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet until very hot. Add tuna and cook 30 seconds on each side. Remove tuna, let rest 5 minutes.
Slice tuna and serve in bowls with rice, mango, avocado, cucumber and green onion. Drizzle with additional Hot Sauce.
